Hi, I had raised a webform, but the email I had gotten the reply from is spore.immigration@international.gc.ca
I don't think you can reach them via this email.
They shared an email for general inquiries in the email footnote: singapore-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

As many people here have knowledge and experience, some help needed to analyze the status of the application. As per the information provided on call by the IRCC agent.
Visa Office: Ottawa CPC
Medical: Passed
Eligibility: Recommended Passed/ Passed Recommended
Security: Not initiated yet
Background Check: One part is done waiting for the second.
Criminality: Done
Following are the details of the case:
Stream: FSW Outland
AOR: 24th Feb, 2020
MEP: 4th March, 2020
Biometrics: 9th March, 2020
Please help to understand how much work is completed on the case and how much left, furthermore if this is all positive? anything to worry about?
because the portal does not contain any of this information and the latest update is still just the MEP and the percentage completion 58% with Estimated remaining processing time: 11 Week(s) which is all a generic/standard information.
