hi @legalfalcon , I have a query on submission of passports, in the RFV mail I got, it says put all documents in one single package. Now my application has 3 people including me, wife and kid, and the webform to request Passport collection allows only a single courier pickup application to be submitted for each passport, so i guess I will have 3 separate AWB courier pickup requests created, so do I submit 3 envelopes for all three of us (my child is only 2years old) or I can combine all in one package? Thanks in advance.
You should contact the country-specific VFS services to inquire about this.

Hello @legalfalcon, I got an adr for imm5669 and one of the questions asked if I had been denied canada visa or other territory? I answered No as I didn’t notice the part that says other territories. I have sent a web form yesterday to inform them of the visa rejections I had gotten in the past though it was over 10years ago.
Then after submitting the schedule A form I got another ADR to submit PCC, which came 3 weeks after. I had submitted the PCC before I noticed the mistake on the schedule A form and sent a web form to correct it.
My application had been approved in September 2020, but all these ADR I started getting since October is making me panic. My upfront medical was passed in October.
Please do you have an idea if this will affect my application in anyway?
Thanks in anticipation of your response.
If you have had a visa rejection, you have to inform IRCC of it. If you did inform IRCC, then you are fine.

As regards ADRs and PCCs, IRCC can ask for ADRs and PCCs, especially when your application has been pending for a long time to ensure that there are no material changes leading to need of any additional checks and documents.

Hi, @legalfalcon , I really need some help here.

My family and I had completed the upfront medical exams on 11th November 2021. 4 days later, I received the medical exam requested letter, which means the UMI# are different.

I tried to inform officers about my upfront medical exams through webform. But it has passed 7 days, and my account still shows "We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details."

This situation terrifies me because I only have 30 days to finish my medical exams. Because we have to fly over 1000 km to Shanghai to get our medical exams done as well.

So is there any other efficient way to tell IRCC to re-link my medical report, please?

It can take 3-6 weeks for IRCC to attach the medicals to your file. If you have sent the upfront sheet to IRCC via webform, you just have to wait.

Congratulations! May I ask you how long have you been in Canada? Also, did you inform them that you where there (via Webform or call)?
Thanks!
Sorry for the delay! I’ve been in Canada for three weeks. I did not inform IRCC that I’m here, although when I crossed the border, an agent pulled up my application and said she had a friend at IRCC who she would reach out to to see if they could expedite the application. I have no idea if she actually did reach out to that friend, or if it played a part.

There's no movement in your application since your AOR?
