Hi Everyone, I got 2 questions.

1. If the agent says the your eligibility is passed, does that they are good with my NOC and job experience?
2. How to call IRCC from USA? I recently raised a webform to request address change for my wife since she had to go to India. I have not heard back from IRCC and I don't know if they actually got my request.

Thanks very much.

Any idea what this means in my notes? I can't find the meaning of the acronym 'NOA'
'NOA from 2019 fsw work'
I have comments saying
"Ready to finalize rprf: complete "
"A11.2 appears met, R75 FSW minimum requirements - review required"

Does any of this indicate anything positive?

ANY FEB AOR is still waiting for finalizations?? Im at 91% still under process...!
You need to raise a webform ideally, or request GCMS notes to get an update.
I'm at 80%, AOR 27 Feb. My portal still shows in progress etc. but a webform confirmed that everything on my application is "Currently valid". Requested GCMS notes as well just to make sure it's Approved since currently valid is kind of cryptic.

Hi , I got this reply for my web form (FSW - O ) AOR Feb 17th does this mean Eligibility failed as security and criminal not started?

You will find below useful information that we hope will help understand the process and current status of your application for permanent residence:

  • The responsible office verified the eligibility requirementsunder the immigration program for which you have applied,
    • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
· The security background verification has not been initiated.

  • The criminal background verification has not been initiated.
IRCC is committed to reviewing most permanent resident applications submitted online within a 6-month time frame. Although the processing times may vary, rest assured that we are making the necessary efforts to finalize your application within established processing times.

Please consult our website for more information on what to expect after you apply and how you can verify the status of your application in your account.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,
Hi there!
did you eventually find out what " verified the eligibility " means? Does it mean eligibility is passed? I got the same status update, but am unable to reach an agent who's able to clarify on that

I called them and raised webforms and i was told i passed everything except for criminal check ( i was told it is under process) as my case is a bit complicated - a certificate cic requested is illegal/impossible to get from the local government. I enclosed my explanation letter in my original application.
I also trying to get gcms notes and see what exactly it says there..

i dont know what else i can do. Im expected 100% on Aug 7. If i still can’t get any results, i need to call again...

Definitely will. You can also try calling the call center. The info they give is usually up to date.
I kept calling them once a week since June. Unfortunately, every time I called, they just told me same thing. No update and ask me to be patient.

I know. It's really hard to be patient during this pandemic. I would suggest for you to call once a month and also possible order GCMS notes, since there is no update. The notes will give you a better picture of what's going on with your application. I suspect IRCC will start security for January and February applicant in August/September, so the best thing is to be patient

Im inland cec Aor Feb 7... im still waiting as my case is not straight forward...
Inland CEC shouldn't be much of a problem, except your case is not straight forward like you've said.
Not don't worry, you'll get your RPRF request soon.
