Hello Leagalfalcon,
I need some information.
currently My Work Permit extension is in process.Meanwhile i received ITA on dec19,Received AOR FEB15
Did upfront medical in Jan.
unfortunately when medical result submitted by medical physician to IRCC,
IRCC link my medical to WORK PERMIT not to express entry.
As past history of my medical,i receive medical surveillance notice last month and received appointment this week for XRay.
Now my concern is,how i need to inform IRCC that i did medical for PR not for Work Permit?
And I need to take any form(IMM 0535) with me while going for surveillance?
I need to request doctor to give any written confirmation that i completed surveillance?
Note:My mediacal history is in CANADA(completed medication in 2012)
I received same surveillance notice in 2017,but that time i did medical for work permit.
Send a CSE and inform IRCC that the medical is for your PR application. Also upload the medical upfront sheet and your application number.

What section of your PR application do you upload IELTS report?
I don't think they are actually needed, they can check them online just with the numbers you gave when creating your profile.

I did biometric this morning but found it did not show up under my PR application. Instead, it showed up under my previous applications for study permits and visitor visas which were approved already couple years ago. I don't know if it's normal but I raised a technical difficulty via webform, attached the scanned BIL with a barcode sticker that Service Canada gave back to me. Hope everything will be fine.
ps. I got an email said that status got updated this morning before I went to do biometric. Everything seemed same as yesterday with Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Might it be Real IP2? The progress bar changed to 7% at the same time.
