@patvicto : I see the same message " 20 % blah blah... " Ontario province here . My file is processing in New Delhi. I don;t know what more of a document they need from us.

Not been asked for ANY document and we arriving at a year...7 days before the estimation of completion.

I applied for my spouse on Feb 7, 2019 and have completed bio, medicals etc since July 2019. File was collecting dust since then and when we applied for TRV in Nov 2019 (which they refused) is when they transferred the file to NDVO. Havent had any update since then. Ordered for GCMS notes, the last they had checked the file was on Nov 19 and the officer left positive notes on our marraige and relationship and forwarded it to another officer for review. Has not been touched since then. Background check started since March 2019. Not sure whats the held up. completed a year 5 days ago. Will be approaching the MP shortly. :'(

Probably.... but is none sense how we are kept in waiting. more than a month yet before CSQ date arrive.. Gonna be really short time to get it moving before the expiration of medical (April 23th) ! Is just managed really stupidly. And we are considered a "straight forward case" Wow..

You and i are in the same boat . I am a feb 8 2019 applicant . I heard it has to be ordered by the sponsor. Is that true? Do you mind sharing how you order those notes , please? Thank you

yeah its definitely not an easy process for us quebec applicants. They need to update their processing times to be more accurate so we are not expecting 12 months or less. Hang in there.
