Congrats on having yours done!!
How long was your full process? And where are you sponsoring from ?

thank you! how long roughly is the process after that?
I was told medical is in progress, all he has left is criminal record/police record check and security check.
are those roughy 6 months? More? Less?
From 2 to 15 months. There's really no average. You can check the tracker for February applicants to have a rough estimate https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...wZBiE67fUmznYQrNhYVWXPXXJBw/edit#gid=30423304
It mostly depends on your visa office. It's the longest for London and Mexico.

Is it normal for them to ask for police reports for every country you’ve lived in?

6 months and more , yes it's written in the Checklist

@patvicto , hi, any update on your case? What does the process look like for Quebec applicants and how does it (if any) affect your timeline?

None for now.

they say around 11 Weeks for a complete case to be finished round for CSQ. And they have AOR on November 19th (same as Mexico Ecas started...)

11 Weeks is my Estimation time remaining for a year,..

Now Estimated remaining processing time: 10 Week(s) =P for what it worth

According to me they gonna end at same time Federal / Provincial

For your enquiry :

Imm Sponsorship application to Federal (BGC at Sydney)
Transfer to VO
(Letter of invitation for provincial undertake)
Application for provincial (CSQ)

Final Eligibility with VO
CSQ issued

Excellent news!

Have you received the actual COPR in the mail yet? How long did the letter take to get to you after you received the email?

We received the COPR in email a week ago but still haven't received the actual copy in the mail yet. I really have a feeling they have sent this to the wrong address and sent it to my address in Canada instead of to my husband in London because if the letter was coming from the visa office in London then it should be to him by now. :-(

As an update, they DID send the COPR letter to my address in Canada, despite the fact that we have never told CIC that my husband was in Canada. It took the letter 13 days to get to Canada but if they had sent it to the correct address to my husband it would have likely been to us the next day since he lives in London and it was mailed from London.

Now, because I am visiting my husband in the UK, we had to get my parents to courier it back to us in London (at a cost of $87!!) so that we will have it when my husband immigrates on January 13th.

CIC stresses telling them about address changes but then they can't seem to process them correctly when they are notified (they messed my address change up) and they change addresses for people that never asked for them! Very frustrating but at least it is almost over now.
