From Romania but applied from the UK, hoping it's not going to London visa office
Unfortunately i am sorry to inform it will be moving to London office..
I am on same boat, and when i asked why, they said its awaiting transfer to London..
So after following forums i knew that applications getting transfered to London or Mexico takes longer waiting for transfer.
To cut it short, they transfered in august december applicants. Since we r feb applicants, so hopefully transfer will be done in early otober.
Thats is my conclusion after a deep search online. U can do urs and check, hope this is helpful for bow

1st tell me how u sent ur documents trough Email or Post?
2nd u will find the response from CIC maybe during 90 days 40 days not enough for them
Really wondering about the online tracking... got the PPR two weeks ago and GCAS is still showing "Your action required" on stuff from June. Oh well. To all those waiting, good luck! And for those expecting quick answers, here, have a cup of tea.... it may be a bit of a wait. 10 months from first sending of the application now, 7 since we got the packet back and added the one form... ECAS is showing decision made....

Yeah thats what im thinking too ...high chances that we'll go over a year ... *sigh* all this cause some vo's pretty cant respond to the demand. October... i doubt we will be done by february next year they accumulate too many applications , shall have a batch directly to missisauga is gonna turn to none sense.

Oh my, scaring me too.,, I am November applicant... I read many cases of people from Pakistan who are way beyond 12 months... but I am hopeful to be done by December...
Can someone please tell me what's the first step to do if your spouse live in Quebec and want to fill the spouse sponsorship applications outland I had that the Quebec immigration spouse sponsorship is different and also difficult from other part of Canada trying to get information about everything

Application first need to be sent to IRCC sydney nova scotia( with the sponorship fees and all) , then evaluated by them. After that they gonna send you an invitation letter to get CSQ (which im still waiting since months...) that goes with the vo transfer... then you may fill the forms pay the fee and wait like a month to receive your CSQ certificate. Final phase , canada finishing the PR request and passport get stamped at VO. Its in fact kinda different yeah cause undertake and engage is done from provincial.
