It would be exceedingly rare for someone to receive COPR in 80-85 days. This would be an outlier. IRCCs only gives guidelines for how long things take to process. They don't have hard timelines for each step in the process - it fluctuates.

Applicants from Feb and March with those sent to Mississauga are already getting PPR. I won't call it an outlier when there are multiple cases.

Well... the 4 we have in Feburary so far... the maximum is 100 the 3 others... 89,85,91

and tons of PPR around 80 days which usually get COPR in 10 days after.

So it's not that exceedingly rare i think

I think pa's country working with canada has a lot to do with how fast files process. India and some other countries process fast. Thats why i asked if you have india PA. If not dont panic about it.

Anyone know when the “eligibility” changes on GC. It’s not changed since the start. Still says “we will send you a message once we start reviewing your eligibility”, yet they’ve sent biometrics etc

Paid it April 9th and then got the Request May 16th and completed then today so May 28th

Is that true? Sydney sometimes process files in-their own? How did u get that info?

Question for the hive - I have a US Green Card (Canadian citizen), as my US husband and I lived there for 2 years before I came back to Canada to work. He just received his PPR for Canadian PR and will be moving here in the next month or so. Do I need to surrender my US Green Card? Anyone have a similar situation?
