OMG thank you! This whole time I've been putting 1 as the number of people in the application when it's suppose to be 2. Now it works! Managed to link it and can see the Biometric and everything else. Thank you very much!

This whole time I relied on the CIC guidelines of unpaid representatives not having online access.

Well, now I know my long post helped at least one person :D You are welcome! :)

It takes a lot of issues not to pass this thing. They allow until an average of 20 000$/year of medical cost to system for a period of 5 years so like 100 000$ unless you have really dangerous diseases like tuberculose or something, so basically its rare that ppl gets denied out of medical demands. They evaluate a std canadian up to 6000$/year costing to system and IRCC accepts til around x 3 so. Could be longer when your diagnostic contains some elements but i guess is just to let them do their calculation. Under the terms of the public policy, the average Canadian per capita health and social services cost is $6,839, and 3 times that average is $20,517.

That's goona suck my Husband and I pay alot of money for this application.

Aha, I KNEW it! So glad you got it to work in the end! :)
(@alaria's post should absolutely be stickied to the top of the forum, if we only had moderators to do so!)

Well, someone stickied "spousal sponsorship" thread :) I'm sure there are moderators here. I even tend to believe some VIP members might be paid employees on this forum, otherwise I don't know how scylla could have written more than 50,000 posts in a time period of around just 7 years :)

In that case one would expect them to be able to merge posts, close posts, ban members who are disruptive, etc. None of that happens. Also, when @JoshC wrote to them to ask about stickying posts/moderating, he got no response. As far as I can tell the only actual "moderation" that happens, at least these days, is whoever deletes posts that advertise offsite links and WhatsApp groups. :D

Hello guys. I have all the docuemntsto sponsor my wife. But I am thinking do I need to create any account or just send the documents to CIC?

Thank s.

Does anyone know what AOR2 means? How will we know when the application is in AOR2? Thanks,Teja

In theory, AOR2 is an email acknowledgement for local VO that they have received your file but this practice is largely inconsistent and varies from VO to VO on when they send it or IF they even send it anymore. Anytime you see activity on the file after it being transferred, I'd say count that as AOR2 but that's just my interpretation in last 2 months.

How come there is activity on 19th and 20th of April from CIC? aren't those days long weekend?
I think most of the activity is just in the form of automated emails/system updates.
