Can you at at least see your application on ECAS? This process test your patience
No...I try at least once a day using both the temp number and receipt number and each time I get the message "we were not able to identify you using the information you provided". *sigh* I'm really hoping for a sign of something by the end of the week.
Keep the faith.. There was this one person from December who waited almost 3 months for an AOR and got everything including transfer to Mississauga within a few days.. The person working on your file must be on vacation or really slow. I know its frustrating.
@mkharoon1 - Same with us. Biometrics and medical done and all updated in CIC and now nothing. I guess we can just wait.Same with my wife she finished her medical and no email after that..
Thank you for your responseThat is AOR2. It's confirmation from your local VO that they have received it.
Thanks!! That actually makes me feel a bit better to hear that. That's what I keep telling myself the person working on mine must have taken an extended vacation LOL.
Thank you, it was actually transferred to my LVO in Accra last week saturday (March 30th)Congrats that’s AOR 2 . When was your file transfer to CPC - M ? Thanks
If it makes you feel any better, I was a Feb 12th applicant and didn't get an AOR, but received the biometrics request today! Looks like they really do just skip it sometimes. I was also unable to find anything on ECAS and wasn't able to link using the GC Key using the name and date of birth option. I was able to link it tonight using the Application Number and Name option, BUT was only able to do so when I used the passport info as opposed to the place of birth info.
Good luck!
