Oh I included the one from the checklist. They're asking for an additional police check from her birth country, which was NOT on the checklist or country specific documents.
well if she has changed country i understand their request.

They specifically needed a police check from the country she spent the most time in since age 18, which is the UK, which is the police check we provided. We would've included the Romanian check too if they wanted it at first. But alas, we must fly to Romania lol

Lol yeah that'd be brutal, I guess it's not the end of the world, just a one month speedbump. Man I hope it isn't sent to London Visa Office

Hi have you receive a reply from the webform you sent from IRCC? I have same situation with you. my Husband's (PA) name spelling was wrong so we sent a webform last april 1. IRCC replied yesterday that "WE have forwarded it and the info you provided to the responsible office for their consideration." We are also waiting for new medical and biometrics form. I keep on checking his info on ECAS but no changes yet.
Nope. I didn't get any response from CIC. Dont know what to do.

I'm in the same boat, still got no SA/BR/MR but AOR1 on Mar 28th. Patiently waiting and refreshing my mailbox. :p
I wonder what's the shortest time someone waited for there medical. I know it take up to a year for approval of PR. I know 2 person husband got theres in 6 months

it's really subjective if your application is complete and they have all proofs needed... it won't be that long if that's vague and some elements missing, well obviously is gonna be longer. That's just logical.

Did you get a chance to talk to CIC agent ?
My bad. I meant we’re patiently waiting for the next step.

We received BR & MR this week and completed them yesterday. We got SA as well. Hoping it continues to move along quickly. What’s the next step in the process usually?

App received on Februari 20th, rejected/returned on April 4!

We don't really know where to go from here. It feels not useful being part of a februari group anymore, because we don't need info or help with BIO/SA/MEDICAL/etc..

Are there topics/groups on whatsapp for people who got rejected?

I have a ton of questions (and worries)..

.. If re-applying it specifies that we must use all updated forms and files since February 14th. This means new barcode pages, new signatures and new procedures (police certificate no longer required, but now via a form) etc..

I did most of the paperwork in QC and me and my spouse finalized and sent it together, now I am no longer there, should we mail the new forms via courier to eachother for signatures?

I can't think straight..

Did you receive any letters/instructions from CIC that you are missing signature or some documents, etc?

Hi All,

After my wife gave her bio-metric, we received 3 emails. In last email they said " Visa application has been received at the New Delhi OC VAC on 2019-04-02 and is on transit to IRCC office in New Delhi OC, for processing." and haven't hear anything after that.

I see in tracker people say that they passed bio metric with in a day or so. Do we get an email or some kind of confirmation. because in our GC key portal it says we dont need you finger prints right, we will notify you when this changes.

Her bio metric was on 1st april and it is already been 4 days. so i am little worried now.

Any help will be helpful.

Thanks,
