@JoshC Can you please update the formulas on the February 2019 spreadsheet? Not sure if I can and I don't want to mess it up. Thanks,
I've cleaned up certain cells that were missing formulas and the conditional formatting, let me know if I missed anything.

Can you please edit the Macro as well? the one for adding more rows! it doesn't seem to be working fine!

for ECAS -
I have been trying to see the status with receipt number,
RECEIPT NUMBER IMM 5401,
is this the number when we pay fees for application ?

R330170657
I have used above number and my spouse DOB & PLACE OF BIRTH

still I am not able to see the status.
even I could not link my application in GC-Key

application received on Feb-14-2109
It will take a week or two for you to see that in your ECAs according to the current speed. I was only able to see that today and my app. was received on February 4.

There’s no macro, it’s a google sheet. You just need to add rows to the sheet and then copy the formulas down.

there is a macro at the very bottom. where you type in number of rows you'd wanna insert and it'll insert rows. it used to be working fine before

My bad, when I think of macros I'm thinking of complex macros and google scripts (curse my job) not the add row button :p You're best just highlighting say 5 rows and adding below the last line of data, if you use the macro it adds to the end of the sheet below the section I've utilised for the data collection.

I've done a bit of math today and I think the result will be interesting for all February applicants.
As you probably now, IRCC is speeding up with handling applications and the time for AORs and SAs is decreasing every month. I've compared some numbers using this file and based on the data from September 2018 to January 2019, I've got the following:

Average time from "Application received by Sydney" to "AOR received" (in days):
Sep 2018: 90
Oct 2018: 82
Nov 2018: 63
Dec 2018: 57
Jan 2019: 49

Average time from "Application received by Sydney" to "SA received" (in days):
Sep 2018: 113
Oct 2018: 102
Nov 2018: 84
Dec 2018: 67
Jan 2019: 54

Average number of days between AOR and SA:
Sep 2018: 23
Oct 2018: 20
Nov 2018: 21
Dec 2018: 10
Jan 2019: 5

Based on all this I can assume, the average time for February applicants will be:
AOR: 41 days
SA: 45 days
That means, we will see the first AOR being received on around March 14, and the first SA on around March 18.

Please note, that is just my assumption based on the data provided by applicants from previous months. It's also based on the assumption that IRCC will keep the same pace for speeding up and will not slow down. Also it's worth noting that there's not much information for January yet, and I just used the first 10 days of January, since all other Jan applicants didn't hear anything from IRCC yet.
That means, we will see the first AOR being received on around March 14, and the first SA on around March 18.
I was just 1 day wrong :D (for AOR. SA is super fast for some now)

thank you so much for making those comparisons and crunching the numbers! your math makes me so happy! :-D

I got both my AOR and SA today! Biometrics request came yesterday. Hopefully everything continues to move swiftly! although, the CSQ will throw a wrench in things, I'm sure. o_O

GUYS.. I am really depressed right now :(.
I have been reading that CIC may return your application if you do not answer the questions that do not apply to you with (N/A or Not applicable). I just need some clarification, cause am really frustrated right now :(.

Application sent: Feb 4th, 2019
Received: Feb 8th, 2019

I can’t even remember now (it was only last month but it feels longer lol). I know on the checklist I put N/A where it wasn’t applicable but can’t remember on the forms. I know some things weren’t applicable to us on the forms and I can’t remember writing N/A as usually you tick a box if it doesn’t apply?

Yeah I put N/A on the checklist but not on the forms. When did you send yours? if you don't mind me asking :).
