I am feb applicant.
Mu file was received beginning of feb,
Medicals and bio done and passed.
Since then no transfer yet!! I am getting crazy and need to know why! And why my file still residing in Sydney!
I dont know what does that mean or indication of what?
I can see also that most of Jan and Feb applicants got their files transfered. So whats wrong with my file why they keep it still in Sydney all that!
I find it useless to call them, customer service agents wont give better answer than: we r still processing ur application!
What hold them after receiving SA, medicals and bio and all done? Whats wrong? Why they keep my file? Should i order CGMS notes to better understand what happening or should i wait! Overthinking kills...

I'm in the same boat. It is so good that so many people have their applications moving so quickly, but it is certainly disheartening having to wait and wonder. I did see someone in this thread say that they called and were told that they are working on the application in Sydney, but there are conflicting posts by people who have said that no real processing takes place until the VO transfer. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we will hear something in the next few months. I would very much like to move in August/September, so I hope that even if I am more delayed than other applicants that it will be sorted within that time.

We are a lot that is getting none sense... i'm pretty sure is due to the PA origin but that's NOT a reason ! When you have something super genuine and you have proven a lot , that's def not acceptable. I know that some VO have too many requests so they are filled and i guess they try to wait for them to breath a bit before sending some others but is hardly believable that is that long when some others pass in 3 months. (Again you won't tell me that Mexico is that filled, almost none Sponsoring from this VO....).and Yes i called last week i guess around and she said i'll have the Quebec CSQ letter soon but again not able to mention a thing and there was no issue in my application blabla... the closer they can tell is "in the next weeks". So i keep faith and patience but i wonder what's going on there seriously after all the primary steps done.

First step i would suggest you is to relax, sometimes it takes time.
Your eligibility might have started and it takes time (Most time-consuming stage). Yes do order your notes just to check what is going on, i am sure it will tell you about your eligibility.

Feb 25th applicant. Got SA, MR and BR, but sad to say my husband's (PA) name was misspelled..huhu CIC typo error. i don't know if we can set an appointment for bio and med request right away.. sent a webform but no response yet...

I have the same prblem I got medical done by for bio my pa has to travel to another country to do it and they r not accepting until the name has to fix and we submitted webform we r waiting since May 6 but no reply ???

My pa is from Afghanistan and he has to travel India to give his biometrics and while booking the appointment they are not accepting the name being wrong and can’t proceed with biometrics they said I am so tensed ircc not replying since three weeks for the name correction

Hi, it took them around 2weeks to fix the name on there system. however the visa office in the Philippines considered the name on the letter of my husband and we just let them know that IRCC will fix them soon. That's why they allowed him to proceed with biometrics. Try calling IRCC again just to get update from name correction and if they can send a letter again-in your case.

Oh wow 2 weeks now this is my 3 weeks waiting I did call last week agent told me to wait and since my husband has to travel another country that’s abit hard for us cuz we have to spend money and what if he goes there they still don’t proceed with biometrics I am scared of that ..yeah I am just calling them now let’s see what they say thanks though
