can the admin add me to the speadsheet

I am in Hamilton, Ontario, wife and kids are in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

app received FEB 6, 2019,
AOR on Aprill 2, 2019.
SA approved on april 2nd,
Medical sent on april 1st,
Mecical received update on Ecas on april 8,

Nothing at all happened after that, i see someone people here their application was receiver later than me on late February and they are steps ahead of me, like they got Fingerprintrs request and application sent to VO, and i am still only at medicals received...!!

i call cic to inform them that i requested my application to be processed on urgent basis, and see why not update since a month, she was adamant that she cant say anything as my application processing time is still within one year..!!

NOTE: my wife and a son used to be PR holders in canada, but since they didnt meet RO , we decided to revoke the PR and apply for anothe one,
i thought since they have all bio data on my wife and son, the second time for PR will be faster or easier process..!!

any idea what is happening? how to speed up the application?

To be honest i don't think calling them gonna speed up your application... Even if they have all previous info, that's still the same process at the end., you have to let them time to verify everything that is needed.

There is no such thing as urgent processing of the application. You are wasting your time by calling and asking. It's not a thing. Your application is no more urgent than anyone elses.

how to link spousal sponsorship application to GCKey account?

it keep giving me no application found...!!

Be sure to use the number(App number Starts with "F") they sent by email to the sponsor and at the end , number of ppl , most of times , answer is 2. (Sponsor + PA) (* Add one extra for dependent (child, etc.)

I did it with FirstName LastName place of Birth and such combinaison.

my GCKEY account have different profile name ,i am the sponsor, i used that account when i applied TRV for parents,
but it have the same email address as in my spousal application,

can this be the reason why it cant be linked?

i tried to create new gckey, but after logging in, i only see one box '' continue'' and it keep looping me back to the IRCC welcome in english and french screen.!!

any idea why this is happening?

cookie have to be deleted. The browser keep a trace of everything.

i used a different browser, and it i could login and try to link the application, thx.

however, i tried to link but again same thing it didnt find the application.
i see a lot of combinations there

I got additional document request for following :

Birth certificate

Old school certificate- 5th, and secondary school certificate

Voter id

Although birth certificate was submitted when I sent the file . I know someone from this group got the same request .

Can you please advise if I should send email ( what would be the subject : file number ? ) or CSE ?
