I did! I am very relieved, the agent was able to give me the application number and he told me that the AOR has been sent on the 3rd of April to my wife's e-mail. We still don't have the e-mail but I was able to link and see my application in CGKey.

Congrats! Must be a huge relief. Weird about the email. I'm panicking because while we received AOR for our Sponsorship/PR application, there's been no correspondence on the work permit. Our application was received Feb 6th with AOR on March 26th. Unfortunately they couldn't give me any info over the phone as I'm not the PA... I hope our approval email just got lost too!

What did you see when you linked OWP? Still processing?

Cant see it. Consultant only can. Not sure of what it says. All I know is that when I called the OWP line it said "We recieved your application Feb 4th" and nothing else. Nothing about it being in processing

Thank you! Yeah, it was definitely stressful. Did you try linking your OWP to your CGKey account? You don't need your application number (it's a different number than your PR application number), just your full name and date/place of birth. I can see my OWP now, even though it hasn't been approved yet.

Unfortunately I've been trying for days, but nothing... which makes me even MORE nervous haha. Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Fan, does yours say in processing? Or just recieved?

All mine says on the phone is that they have recieved my application but have not reviewed the eligibility yet.

Thank you so much! I would feel a lot better if you also had good news :(

It’s okay I’ll just see it as an opportunity to improve my application, it could be worse at least it isn’t a rejection.
Anyway good luck to you and all February applicants, I’m going to take a step back and not think of immigration all the time as it is stressing me out so much and i Don’t think all this anxiety is good for my mental health. Good luck everyone!

I will! Otherwise just have the PA call (or do it together), they'll hopefully give you an answer. Either way, fingers crossed!

I like the abbreviation haha, Fan. It says the following:
"We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

That is a really strong mindset, I hope it works out! The Google sheet tells me you're also in Toronto so if you ever need any help or just someone to look it over, let me know! I understand the step back, I can imagine... Good luck!

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation my friend. I can't imagine what you're going through. For your health's sake, I hope you would consider getting a consultant to deal with the forms for you. I originally was going to do everything myself and actually started on it, but then it began to become stressful. So I figured it would be an investment to get a consultant who can ensure everything is fine for submission and make sure you have a good case.

My complete application was about 105 pages. I couldn't imagine handling that efficiently and taking care of my family at the same time. Kudus to all the folks who did their applications themselves and I wish them all success. And I wish you success in your next attempt whether you do it by yourself or not.

This is a trial for all of us and I hope that you can regain some patience to try again.

Thank you, it definitely is a very stressful process that requires a lot of patience and that definitely can screw up anyone’s mental health, especially being inland, away from everyone and everything you know adding the uncertainty of not being in your own country where you will always be, in some way, more protected.
We did look into getting a lawyer and we went to numerous consultations, some paid and some free, the average overall price for a lawyer in Toronto including taxes and government fees was about 7k and we don’t have that amount.
So we are stuck doing it ourselves, thank you for the good wishes, I hope you have a positive outcome and fast response!
