My application submitted on the 4th of Feb receive on the 6th of Feb .I receive a message from cic on the 27th of March 2019..the send me uci and application number .. so what's next now..I don't know what to do

Try linking your application on GCkey and Ecas using your application number or UCI. Then just wait for them to contact you with medical requests and OWP in the next few weeks.

Oh nice , so you already gotten you work permit ? How long do you think I will hear from them regarding my medical and work permit?

No it was a different work permit.
According to January applicants they are getting medical requests about 1 - 2 weeks after getting AOR so hopefully that continues for us. You can follow other people's progress at the below link. It will help you in knowing what to expect next and when to expect it.

Was able to login to ECAS this morning. All it shows is
"In process" I click on my wifes name and it says,
"We recieved your application on Feb. 11th."
Nothing else, so no AoR but I have my official UCI and application number that a lady on the phone gave me. No e-mail sent to my consultant yet.
I'll consider that a... pre AoR? Lol.
My consultant is gonna try to link it on GCKey later on. Time will tell.

I think your chances of getting the app back are slim at this point, I mean you already have an app number and are able to see it using ECAS, don’t worry too much I think you pretty much are on the other side now.
Also they do work on Saturdays so maybe you’ll hear something tomorrow.
I also applied under common law but didn’t send IMM 5409, it wasn’t listed on the application package neither on the checklist, was it a requirement? :O
Sorry to hear that. How much did you pay for OWP?
Edit: and when did you hear about the owp insignificant funds? Same time as aor?
