I received my AIP today and my ECAS is not yet updated. My GC key is still showing status as "in progress - we are reviewing your eligibility" but I hear that can change any moment.
We received SA on August 8th, and on August 14, 2019 they requested proof of cohabitation. I got a phone call in the morning, the officer asked a bunch of questions about our relationship and lives together. Afterwards, I had to send more proof and re-send Schedule A. We sent our joint lease, confirmation of joint bank account, pay stubs for 3 months, bank statements for 3 months, 25 pictures with comments, a few screenshots of our super domestic conversations, our wifi bill, my phone bill. In my case, the officer requested these documents in the e-mail she sent me after our phone call.
My application was transferred from the Mississauga office to the Etobicoke office, I read that a transfer to Etobicoke generally means that they require additional documentation or an interview, and that assumption was correct. Nothing to be scared about, since I got my AIP today. My timeline isn't that bad either, I'm a February 15th applicant. Hoping for my landing interview soon, and then to finally being done with all this stress!

OWP approved: April 10th, 2019, OWP received in the mail: April 16th, 2019.
Medical Rqst Rcvd: April 30, 2019
Background check started: June 12th, 2019 (delayed, police certificate submitted on July 24th, 2019)
Application transferred to Etobicoke IRCC: July 29th, 2019.
Proof of cohabitation requested: August 14th, 2019. Sent on: August 20th, 2019.

It's not culture, it's red flags that might make it seem as though your relationship is not legit. Getting married after knowing each other for a short period of time, little to no guests at wedding, little proof of relationship etc.
We got married after like 1 year of dating each other, and For our marriage it was at the city only my cousin and aunt was witness. she doesnt have family here except her dad and he was sick at that time. Do you think a letter from him and some pictures would help? Like a letter stating that he met me and he knows about my marriage between me and his daughter? Its been two years we are together now but she moved to live with me last october 2018. I mean the officer should be more specific about my case? If it was interview maybe it is much easier for us!
Does the IRCC send you an email when they state that they have transferred your file from Mississauga to Etobicoke? When we were sent our AIP, at the bottom of the email it said, "Sincerely, Case Processing Centre Mississauga" This was sent on August 8th.
Send everything you have, all the documents that I mentioned above in my post, letters, pictures, bills, anything. The more legit documents you send, the more chances you’ll have at a fast and smooth process. That letter sounds like a good idea.

Fan, when you recieved your AIP letter did it say Etibicoke at the end of it? "Sincerely, blank"
any Vancouver applicant can share the update...... how long it takes from DM letter---> Landing Interview Letter??
Hi Guys, I was requested by IRCC to proof my relationship. Now I am ready to submit all the documents. Where should I go login in my GC key profile? Because on the letter they ask me to send the requested information / documents via Case Specific Enquiry? Is it the same as GC key Upload documents?
Ecas says Decision Made, no information when I click on it. No (e-)mail or anything yet. GCKey still says that they’re reviewing my eligibility, even though I already received a letter about passing eligibility. Hopefully good news soon.
No it is not the same as GCkey upload. Go to this link and follow the instructions to submit the case specific enquiry and upload the required documents
