hello.. can anyone help.. i applied for my wife's Inland application (AOR Received).. her Open work permit application was returned due to insufficient fees (very confusing as i paid only $100 and did not include $155)... i have only AOR at the moment...can i apply ONLINE?? or i have to send paper application only??

Anyone else on the similar situation??

Thats so sad,we are waiting too since our applications returned due to same issues
I think you need to send the application again through mail..people on the forms says you can only apply online if your PR application is approved in principal
Read through the forms you will get the answers to your questions,alot of people go through similar situations.

Approval in principal means when your application is approved subject to meeting all the specific conditions.

Review of Medicals results changed from 'You don't need a Medical' to 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.'
We haven't received any Medical Request yet so this update seems weird to me.
Hopefully this will lead to a Medical Request

If you applied for PR along with your OWP send it through mail. There is a letter attached when they sent you back you owp right? Follow the instruction.

If you send it with PR do not worry as they will follow the processing time of your OWP from the original date it was received even it was returned to you.

If you are just applying for OWP and no PR, unfortunately you will have to wait another 4 months from the day you resubmitted your returned app.
