Hi All,

I've just started the process and have few questions.

I don't know what NOC should I put for my duties and responsibilities.

Can anyone help me with this? I basically sell international real estate but I don't have certified license as its not needed in my country. However, in the requirement section of real estate consultants they mention secondary school education, real estate certified license and training certificate. I've only sent my higher education certificates to WES and not secondary education certificates.

Do I get an evaluation report done for this in order to know my exact NOC that is chargeable or is there any one who is in a similar situation and can help me with the same?

Thanks!

I am not aware of a need to have one's credentials formally evaluated for NOC category.
I only went to the online tool and identified my skillset to the NOC number on my own.

Would your NOC be 6232? Or maybe 0121/0013 if at a senior level?

Updte, please let me know when did you send it, and are you single or family and how many members

Please I require assistance. As at today using the calculator , I would have spent 1,113 days meaning I am eligible for citizenship.

But I am yet to file my tax for the 3rd year as I am yet to receive my T4 slip for 2018. Also I will need to wait till almost end of march to receive my 1st 60days RRSP contribution receipt to enable me file for tax towards end of March/ early April 2019.

Can I go ahead to apply now since I will be filling my 3rd tax year by End of march/ early April or should I wait till I have filed the 3rd Tax year. Your response will be highly appreciated. Theres a portion of the form which requires me to indicate the years I have filed for taxes also can I go ahead to say I have filed for taxes for the 3rd when I will just be doing that towards the end of march / early april

Hi,

Your answers should be valid on the day you sign your form, in your case you cannot say that you have filed your taxes for 2018 UNTIL you have actually done so. I would wait until April and then file for citizenship.
