Quick question. Did anyone try not to translate the passport stamps for the interview? Is it a mandatory or an option?

Did you receive clear instructions to translate the stamps in your passport in the invitation letter or during the application forms?
If yes, then do it. If not then don't trouble yourself.

Hey, I have a question. When you want for the exam did they ask for your PR card ? mine was stolen ,and I have my test in 20 days.

They asked for the PR card as an ID but I saw some people providing their passport as a form of ID.

During the interview, the officer checked my Driver's license and the passport

I have two questions if someone could please help:

1. Exactly which documents should I bring with me during the test? I understand the ID docs, but do I need to bring PCC, travel records (hotel bookings, flight tickets), university degree certificates etc. too

2. How long does it take for the entire test/interview process? Just want to get an idea if I need to take half day or full day off from work?

Is everyone's version of Discover Canada out of date? Seems to be from 2011 and a lot of the info is outdated. Is there a newer version?

• Application received: 11th Feb
• Process Started: 15th April
• Sent Fingerprint request: 23rd April (Never received anything in the mail)
• Request another one 15th April by phone and email
• Another Fingerprint request: 23rd May
• Test invite on 4th July
• Appeared for test on 11th July (Sored 20/20)
• Waiting for the decision made and Oat

Once you write the test and pass, would you take oath right away? some of the people in the spreadsheet have oath date same day or next day.
