Do we have any Feb-2019 inland applicants still waiting?
I am still waiting, are you all guys got your PR already? My application was received on FEB 12, 2019. got the pre-arrival letter on October 2019. Then they requested to update a couple of docs on February 5, 2020. Nothing since then...Medicals and Security are passed on time as well. My progress bar shows 96% completed. Does this really indicate the real waiting time? Falks that got PR, is the bar showing a real time frame? Or you got your PRs sooner? Did covid affect the process anyhow? Is there something I can do to make them get to my file quicker?

looked at the tracker, and cannot find anyone INLAND who has been approved for PR past March 13. Is this true. Are there ppl who applied for Inland PR on February 2019, and got their PRs during COVID closure period? Was your progress bar reliable? Mine shows 96%, still waiting.

Link to the tracker: https://myimmitracker.com/en/ca/trackers/pnp-paper-based-pr-applications-tracker
I am also still waiting, my application was approved and medicals extended back in January 16 2020 (AOR- Feb 26 2019). My bar shows 100% since the 6 months date, I believe it is the case for everyone. As for approved applications, there have been plenty PPRs, look at the Montreal visa office thread lately: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/montreal-visa-office-lets-connect-here.575300/page-428#post-8650755
