Someone said it, doesn't mean it is a fact! Check the trackers, 6 months of wait time isn't true.

Someone said after finger print request you will gonna wait for 6 mos again before test date. How frustrating it is if its true‍♀️. Finger print requested june 24 here and no test invite yet.

Hi,

I passed my test today 20/20 and the interview was less than 10 minutes, straightforward and smooth. Mostly identity and passport stamps checks. The officer told me it could take 3-4 months to finalize my application.

My question is, are background checks completed before one is called for an interview, or can they still be going after the interview. I am just asking because I feel 4 months is a long time. From what I know, the interview is the last major step and checks before the oath.

Please update

That's probably a worst case scenario. Some people get their oath the same day or next day. My ceremony was 2.5 months after, and that was with me having to translate my expired passport which took about 1.5 month of that 2.5.

Hi, for everyone who did the test, I could like to know is the test hard?
and do I need to remember the names of the people and dates specifically?
Thanks:)

Update for the spreadsheet :)

Oath invite received (via email): Sept 4th 2018
Oath ceremony date: 12 Sept 2018

Correction: DM date was Aug 3, 2018 (not Aug 2nd)

Total processing time from App recieved to Oath Ceremony would be 197 days.

Good luck to everyone!

Almost the same timeline as ours. After the test, DM was after 2 months. We still have yet to wait for the CEREMONY invite.
