My wife and kids status still shows in process. I think my wife FP result not yet received by Citizenship officer yet. Officer said in interview that he is waiting for FP results to finalize her application.

If you're waiting for IP, wait. As someone thoughtfully posted in another thread on here, IP is just the government's way of saying they've started processing your application. Well, they start processing it as soon as they get it; it's just sitting in a queue. To give you an idea, there are people who applied in December from my area who got IP on May 3rd just like I did. All it does is make you feel better- like the government is actually doing something with the application. Anyway, you should call if you're application sits at AOR for a year. Yes, a year. Otherwise, sit back and relax.

Edited to add: I saw you're in Vancouver which is really bad for citizenship applications, if I recall correctly. You're going to be waiting for a while yet.

You can call - 1-888-242-2100 , it will be minimum half hour on wait. But the person was very respectful and kept repeating that she cannot speed up the process and cannot give more information than that is visible to her. Mine got changed to Inprocess in May.

I was told everything looks fine with my application and my background check is complete. But my local office (Scarborough) has not made any further comments on my file.

I gave my application number from my AOR but you can give your client number from your PR card also XXXX-XXXX number. They have details of me from my PR card as well including my international number. She asked me whether it can be removed and I said "Yes". My friend also had the same experience.

She kept saying that your application will be completed in 12 months. Only information I got was that back ground check is complete.

Try your luck. They are open 8-4 weekdays. So mostly call on Monday noon time.

yeah, you have to be patient.. im in British columbia as well and havent got IP yet.. applied in February.. got my AOR pretty quick, like in less than 3 weeks, but no IP yet and it has been more than 11 weeks.. so just sit and relax my friend.. i mean, its not PR or work permit or study permit, I have no rush on getting citizenship since with the PR we can do pretty much anything we want.

No not in urgent processing just applied normally in Feb 2018. Timeline is in Spreadsheet.
