that's not right - Got my AoR on Feb 6 and still haven't received my PPR, so 11 weeks and still waiting
Better to call CIC and asked them what is the status of your application. Sometime they forgot to change the status of your application.
I was calculating the timings of that person's application, not giving generic statement
I know, and what I am saying here is related to this application only, its not a generic timeline that I am quoting.

Irish- myself & my partner applied common law PR cec (already living in Vancouver nearly 2 years on iec visa)
ITA- 24 Jan 2018
Submitted everything & made payment 13 Feb 2018
AOR- 13 Feb 2018
Medical Passed - 23 Feb 2018
No change/update/message, absolutely no correspondence yet except 1 msg on 23 feb medicals passed update!!! There seems to be a lot of cases like this for jan/feb/mar i wonder is there a backlog or the offices in those months are slow/behind. ugh
Hoping we get approval coming through soon! (we did also submit police certs & driving reports from Australia & Ireland ...so maybe that is taking extra time to check/verify or something?!)

Better call IRCC 1 (888) 242-2100 find your own category call before 10am Ontario time and choose to speak to agent. I only knew I passed eligibility cos I called and they told me. They know everythingHello! Just found this forum great info

Thank you! I got an email last night 7.22pm subject line 'ready for visa' ????!!!!!! other than medicals passed it was my first email & contact. Still no update on the application says same reviewing processing bg etc

Congratz man. What’s ur timeline and category. So you didn’t see any updates on the CIC online and just got ppr email that’s it?
