Did you call IRCC call center? They will let you know the status of you app!Similar with mine. I went to IP2 after MEP too. Notsure where I am
And do you know where your app is processing now? Mine has transferred from Sydney to Ottawa.
Well..I haven't called IRCC call center. I have no idea where my application is being processing.
I think you got it early cos of your crs score. Congrats hun. A friend of mine that had 485 got her PPR within 2 weeks after medical passed and she already did her landing.. cec inland too.
You have to log in to the forum, click on his name. It will take you to his profile page. Click on that and scroll down. His signature is there.

Did you see any updates in CIC portal ?
no i didnt call IRCC. the email signature said "case processing center - ottawa"
my BG after medicals was "we are processing your background check. i didnt see any changes after that. its still the same, even now
