Hi all,
my application for sponsorship has transferred to LVO, they asked for additional documents and to be received in 45 days to their office.
I already uploaded all the required docs in our account on the CIC system.
And we have send all the documents(hard copies) to LVO, but it is still not received as it will take around 2 to 3 weeks to reach because of the war back home.

Should I be worried? Should I notify them?
Or the soft copies already uploaded on the system are enough?

Please note that they mention on their request, these documents should be received in 45 days from the date of the letter.

No originals requested though.

Please let me know your experience.

We email the requested docs to the vo and we upload via gckey and have mailed our stuff to the vo via post... send them an email with the requested docs and upload in gckey cover your bases

Not sure. My visa office is mexico. It should be in one of your correspondances. Check your vo specific threads

My wife birth certtificate is registered late.
Im submitting color documnets for birth certificate and 10th class certificate, college ID card and Government ID card

For those applicants who got PPR and/or got passport back after DM, I wonder what the time limit for landing in Canada. Is it always the case that the expiry date of landing is 1-year after the medical check? or some times earlier?
I asked because I need a 4-month period in advance for resignation of my current job. Many thanks.

Hey everyone, I am new to this so I am not sure of all the correct terms and procedures.
But I think my wife's application is going okay.

Application Received = Fed 21, 2017
AOR1 = March 09, 2017
SA = March 13, 2017
Police Certificate Request = March 15, 2017
AOR2 = March 20, 2017
ECAS IP = March 21, 2017
Proof of Return to Canada Requested = March 27, 2017
Proof of Relationship Requested = June 7, 2017
Medical Requested = July 25, 2017
Medical Exam = July 27, 2017
Medical Passed = July 28, 2017

Just wondering what will be the next steps? Any information is greatly appreciated.

Also, my wife had a Canadian student VISA in 2011 and currently has a 10 year Canada Tourist VISA since 2014, so she already had to go for an interview and bio-metrics at the Canadian embassy in 2014 to get it. So I wonder if that will positively affect the processing of her application.
