I've tried all the numbers.
Any number other than 242-2100 will not work for what we want.
Specially if you're calling from a US phone. It just refuses to connect to the number.
It's not that someone can transfer you. The numbers are blocked.

I just called CiC and the agent told me that my Schedule A was received last June 07 but it wasn't transferred yet... On my Husband's ECAs it is still says, Application Received. Still got two lines...

The agent told me, it is most likely to be transferred soon...
