hi guys,
i am in trouble, i need yr help..i am currently outside of canada ( on my vacation, but have some personal reason to keep me stay in my hometown for at least 40 days more.I got PPR 8 days ago.i did sent an email to Cic to explain that i am outside of canada now and asked them is there anyway i can submit my passport outside of canada...Havent heard anything from them yet What should I do? what happen if 30days pass and they didnt answer me ? do they consider it as missrepresentative ?
any advices, Plz?

its 17 months and 1 week pass. no changes in my online status
only it appears "application Received in XXX Jan 2014"
"Medical Results Have been Received"

Why CIC takes this much time to Update something on my online status..
loosing Hopes day by day ......

It seems we are in the same boat though we are under different categories. They received my application in Jan 2014 too and now it's still being processed. I've called cic tons of times since the processing time has already passed. But they said officer needs more time to work on so called "background verification". This process is runned by CSIS, CIC can't make decision without the investigation results. So I guess the only thing we can do is to wait.

I just got an additional request today for 2 PR photos and copies of the pages of my passport. Sending all of this information to them on Thursday! Progress!

Its ok .just call the cic agents Immidiately and tell them.They will guide you in proper way i guess. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You and I have almost similar timelines...I'm Feb 27/2014 applicant, IP March 5/2015, DM on May 13/2015 but no PPR since then. It's so frustrating...anyway congrats, I guess the waiting continues for me.

Hi delgado77 you must be finished your 16 months of processing time. Did you ask call center about your PPR email. I think if you request them they can email to officer in Ottawa regarding your situation. Thanks.

Hi! They've already sent an email to the officer in Ottawa and the response from the officer was that I should wait since the visa was already approved. I guess the question now is for how long do I have to wait before PPR?
