February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

Its really sad news ! I read in december section that they well make it 20 months for processing !!!!

Wow....i just saw the December 2013 thread and there number of people still waiting for PPR....thats just sad.

Now i think, i shouldnt have cancelled my travel plans in the new year ...i think its gonna take time...so if anyone wants to travel ...dont wait for this crap

I've been through re-assessment, re-do PCC....up to now, nothing happens. My MP said he spoke to CIC, the reason why it takes so long for processing is because CIC is waiting the results of Background Check from other department. Are any of you in the same boat?

One of my friend who has a remedical last 2 weeks ago got ppr yesterdY with the dame timeline as mine feb 17 2014

are you an inland applicant? I haven't seen anybody inland that waiting more than 17 months.

Thought I'd share the status of my application with you guys. So this morning I summoned courage to call CIC to know the status of my application even though I've promised myself not to call them again because of the unfriendly attitude of the last call center agent I spoke with. The agent I spoke with today was very nice and he responded well to all my questions. The only delay on my file is medical extension and he told me it was done two days ago, which was a sigh of relief for me. He also told me everything looks good on my file no additional documents are required at this time and most importantly, stay close to your email. You will hear from us very soon

Hi guys anybody know what is the meaning of GCMS and how get this. I applied sydney,NS 20/02/2014,under pnp program from27/08/2014 still in process. yesterday i called to cic but agents tolled me my fill still in Sydney.please anybody informed me that sydeny office to assesed pnp fills or after they sent to Ottawa office. thanks.

My application was received at CIO Ns on February 24th 2014.
I am waiting still . It's in process still September 19th.
I know two more girls applied in February still waiting and everybody else even some of them applied in June 2014 are getting passport requests .
It seems like something special about feb 2014 month , seems like most of applicants I know personally are waiting still .

But it's 17th months processing time .
Emailed CIO Ns to check about status in March . No reply for email so far
