I finally landed on the 02 May 2015 with my spouse and Canadian child. We drove down to Maine through Saint Stephens. Hang around Vocationaland for a few days and drove up back through Houlton-Woodstock POE. No trouble whatsoever. Super nice border officer not like the horror stories of those who border cross in Ontario through Niagara-Buffalo POE. Now waiting for PR card which should take about 6 - 8 weeks.

Finally after a long time, we are Canadian PR officially. Now to change our SIN and MSI card.

Yes, I've got my notes. Security is blank and on old notes from Dec 2014 it says 'not started'. That means I passed security.
There's one more thing... on notes from Dec 2014 'Other Reqs' is blank and on new notes it says ' not started'. I don't know what does that mean.

I just got the latest GCMS notes from CIC....everything is the same as last time except under "Other Reqs" - I have a new check in progress ...current status for that is "not started".
It was due on 20 March 2015...but till now no updates...i guess its one of the final checks.

Lacuna1982 had the same few weeks back. Anyone else got their GCMS notes recently??

Hi I got my 2nd gcms yesterday it says:
Eligibility passed
Medical passed expired
Criminality passed
Security blank
Others requirements not started

No clue when it will end....

Hi, I received an email from CIO today requesting re-assessment of medicals of my dependents residing in the Philippines. They had their medical in March 2014 so obviously got expired. Trusting this is good sign that my 14-month old application is moving along. I'm a Feb 24 applicant under AINP.

Yes, all of our applications are moving but I think its just slowed down because of express entry program.

Since they have not asked for your medicals - it seems like they are extending medicals for people living in Canada ( and requesting re-medical for people living abroad)

Its really sad news ! I read in december section that they well make it 20 months for processing !!!!
