February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

hi i phone cic like 3 times already 2 agents are realy not friendly the first one shes nice and told me that our application is in ottawa already. our medical will expire on april 16. and wp will be expiring on the 8th if april so we decided to apply for a new one since we need a valid status when we do our exit. and im pregnant giving birth on the 20th of april so i really need a status to apply for my ei. it really sucks to pay 600 for the 3 of us got a 4 y/o son too for trv.

just curious if someone does not have a valid status but have a copr. are they eligible still?

When i called cic 2 weeks ago,lady told me tht my medical is valid till jan 2016 i dnt think medical expiration is any issue just sharing

i am not sure about that bhim. but what i know you need to have a valid status before you do your exit so maybe yes you need to have a status coz co pr is just a paper they give before you make your exit right? much better to call cic to ask them. coz i know i have a friend that will expire her wp soon but the service canada/ canada place wont allow her to have a sched. to do her pr interview there as soon as possible. i think she just have 1 week to do her exit so she just decided to exit at the montana. they told her if you want to schedule ur interview at canada place you will be schedule 3 weeks from now. so you need yo renew your permit but if you exit before your permit expires you will be ok. thats what cic told my friend.me i dont know how long will it take for us to have a ppr after in process. got 1 month only now. we just wanna make sure if anything happen and i need it for my ei too.im really happy that we got our in process today after year of applying our application. hope for us waitmg to have our pr approved.

Hello guys, so I already sent a copy of my passport and 2 pictures on feb 18th. My package was received by cic on the 19th and I'm still waiting for my return tracker to be activated. Is there anyone else in the same or similar situation as me?? Or anyone whose package was received by cic after the 19th and already got his tracker activated??

I completed my landing at Coutts Border on Saturday afternoon. It took me long to complete the process coz of weekend and alot of people were there.
The lady immigration officer was not very friendly by the way.

Any ways guys the paper (Info for new immigrant) they gave to me is showing 90 days for the PR card to arrive but on CIC website it's showing 22 days!
Have you also got the same paper at the time of your landing which showing 90 days for the PR card ?
