They will not tell you if a decision has been made or not.
You can ask where is your file? and what can you do to get more info on your file?

What is happening with CIC , two of my friends got PPR after in process, applied in the month of March. And here all Feb applicants are waiting for PPR even after DM for almost three weeks now.

I got my IP on SEP-09-2014. I haven't received any update since then. I emailed CIC 3 months ago as to what the status of application was and they replied after 2 months that it was still in Sydney office and all the documents have been received.

I called 1-888-2100 today and they told me that the file is now is Ottawa office. I have paid my RRF fee also my medicals are all done.

I don't know if this is a good sign that my file is in Ottawa office.

Okay I just called them and confirmed that my application is approved. 8)
and I asked if I can know approximate time when an officer will contact me regarding this decision (a long word for PPR ) and the agent said they never know since it depends on the officer whoever is working on. Another waiting game........... and one more waiting for COPR then we are done my friends. Hope for best for everyone!!
