February 2014 PNP applicant that already submitted their application to NS CIO

Hi guys, so I got DM today and mg lawyer told me that the only step missing right now is to get the confirmation letter. Is it possible that, being from a exempt visa country, I don't have to send my passport or copy of passport before getting the letter of acceptance??

I believe one of my friends who got the PR a few months ago, didnt have to send anything.

Correct visa exempt countries don't need to send in passport

First week of Feb 2014 applicant here and no DM yet?!
Well, it could mean that our (late Jan and early Feb applicants) PPR is coming soon guys!?
This trend repeats itself with the early Jan applicants, I noticed!

I hope you're right! We pretty much have the same timeline too! No DM here yet either but I'd rather see PPR soon!

Ok medical re-assessment completed. They said it will take about a week before they receive the results... I'll post as soon as there's some sort of update.

Well... more bad news. They said he has to come back now to do the xray as they want the xray now even though they say kids under 10 do not need an xray... That's another day at the hospital and more wasted money...

I am Feb 24th Applicant and checked my ecas, which says in process. Medical results received. However I got passport request as well today without my ecas changing to decision made! Everyone keep an eye on your email!!

I doubt that they will send any more RCMP or PCC request
They are in the mood to wrap things up and give us PPR. Dont worry about RCMP. You will be fine. You will hear something from them by this month I think. Either DM or PPR. I hope it is PPR.
