Do anyone know that after getting PPR - immigrant visa stamp (valid for 4-6 months) on passport.
Is it possible go to home country instead of going to US border and get the landed paperwork done at Canadian airport while coming back from home country.

Yes. The Immigration visa validity is typically one year from medical. Hence most applicants get 6 or less months to enter.
You can certainly visit home country before 'landing process at PoE (port of Entry)' provided you enter before the visa expiry date.

so from this monday CIC will be back to work ,,,
any hopes for the month of jan or these guys are gonna take all 17 months to process pnp files .........

seriously this wait is pissing me off now ....

i am in hope of getting ppr before 15th jan ,, as i had changed my all plans quite well enough now .....

I am agreed i am inland applicant and waiting since 26 months
For PR. My nomination took 15 months to nominated me.
And another processing on federal almost a years since i
Filled to federal.
I have been destroyed so many plans in 26 months.
Now i quit plans.Hope this month bring some good news.
All the best guys we are again back on expectation from cic

good for you guys your status are ip.. submitted out application last feb 2014.paid all the fees including rprf and they also asked for addtl doc for backgroud declaration and sent it to them by aug. still no update in ecas. since now just medical received.

Hi guys,
i applied to cic under mpnp on april 16,2014.
they received my application on 23rd april,2014.i received medical on 30 may.i did medical on june 2nd.after medical its already 7 months.still no update n status is application received.

So, CIC recevied your application on Jan 06 2014? I know January applicants received passport request , most of them though..Feb applicants waiting..4 some 5 months since IP..
