You know what guys,
For most of Feb applicants it is been more than 2 months since it turned IP, we are expecting our PPR any time in December.. We are already IP, and no other changes to existing emigration rules won't affect us..

Everyone is stressed out..

patwal and Konan1982 you guys are the light at the end of the tunnel. CIC we need PPRs another thursday passed by and I am at 100 days since IP

I took a look at the Express Entry page here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp
What I really would like to understand is what they mean with this

"[...]

Candidates will have 60 days to submit an electronic application for permanent residence through one of the following programs:

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC) or
  • A portion of the Provincial Nominee Program(PNP)

[...]"

A portion of the Provincial Nominee Program?!?!!?!?
Anyone has a clue about it?

Anything can happen, but " inland applications can't be flushed down the drain. So don't worry

I concur with your statement, PNP will not because it is based on the request of Provinces and not Federal. Those that will be flushed out of the system by the new law, if at all they will be flushed, will only affect those that applied from outside Canada/directly to CIC and not Provincial Nominees.

Yeah man..
We are almost there..you ll see your PPR any time in December..like other applicants as well
I personally expect it either any day before December 28 or 100% first two weeks of January 2015..

Yay that's the spirit guys!!! Keep the positive thought coming :D :D

Guys.. take a look at this spreadsheet..it tracks PNP applications received in March/ April 2013.. For most Ottawa applicants, the average time from IP to PPR is 4 months, which means we are right on track. Of course, the time from Application Received to IP was much lower last year despite the strike.
