Guys i just email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca let's see what they will reply.

when i send email to CPC ottawa and manila before they both send me the same thing send email to Sydney because our papers is not with them that was 2 months ago i believe they respond to my email when i send it sat manila Philippines time Wednesday on the following week they respond to me

Just curious, Does CIC review the application based on application dates or medical done dates?
if A submitted the application in Jan ,but did the medical in April, but B submitted in March and did medical in March as well. Who will be priority to process?
Any idea?
