Thanx upkar for your reply .... And do they send medical request too along with it because i had already paid my landing fees with my application so was doubted about it. What is your timeline

Its my consultant who said to do so ... As per doing the process becomes fast hope so thats true because of this i paid before. Its all your choice to do so. If it really works than why not right

Hey rechael , my application reached cio on 7 april any idea how much time it takes for file number now a days

for me, it took a month to get file number, and i got AOR and medical request in the same day and got the RPRF and additional document a weeks later. Based on Canada Immigration newsletter- april 2014, " immigration processing times appear to be decreasing" to approx 12 months or less " . so I hope everything will be as fast as possible.

my case is kind of simple because most of the time I spent for education, not travelling at all. so hope it helps somehow. I dont know. cross my finger for that .

Hi I sent my application in cic last feb 7 I received aor from them a month after. In their message they said that they will forward my application to a visa office. Until now I haven't received any email from visa office. I am working here in Singapore but I attached letter to my application stating that I want my papers to be processed in Manila. When will I receive aor from visa office and what will I do next? Thank you very much

i m sort of worried now too.. ???..i sent the fees along with my application, so no credit card txn dat I can see, & also no news yet.. ??? whats going on? ,as some hav already got their medicals exactly in 1 month..

Hi Shimnui, I would not worry. Indeed things sped up at the beginning of the year for the 1st two months (for whatever reason) but if you ignore those 2 months, the average was two months and a few days for AOR. I don't think ours will take that long and I'm sure they're on the way
