1) How can i check my application status. I am trying to view it by logging it but it says no record. Is this because i have received medical email just few moments before??
2) How would i know to which visa embassy CIO have forwarded my application?? There is no indication on the email. Is it always same as i request in the form??

3 weeks is very long. However, it doesn't matter how fast medical was received.

What do u mean by " it doesnt matter..." I thought the quicker medical receive the shorter time to get PR? I kniw its so long. I didnt ask before i made appointment :(

How long it takes for your medical report to be received has nothing to do with your pr processing time.
It's similar to the pnp provincial stage, whose processing time is about 3 months. If it takes 1 month to get your file number, there is 2 more months for processing. If it takes 2 months to get a file number, the processing time will be shortened to 1 month.
The federal processing time is 6-8 months, meaning there could be 2 month difference, but whether your medical is received quickly or slowly has ZERO influence on it.

Thanks Bcpnp201310,
Good luck and keep in touch :)
