Hi Leazy,
Does this mean they had previously requested you for some PCC through email and now this is a 2nd explicit request on PCC?
I ask because I had been requested for an explicit PCC through email just once - sometime in March.

What country did they request from you? Your home country?

Hi Leazy
You are the ray of hope all Feb applicants were looking for. Goodluck!!! to you. Hopefully they won't drag your case for too long and it gets resolved quickly. Best wishes. But you do bring lots of positive hope for rest of us. :D Thanks for posting your status.

Thanks prprpr! That's what I thought.. Great for you guys to know that they're finally making progress! Good luck to you too!

Hey, thanks for your reply! Really trying to figure out whats going on here.. No, they only requested Medicals in march and no PCC :(

Hey don't worry much about it
As soon as you turn in your Germany's PCC, you should turn to IP. Check if you can order it through the Embassy here in Canada.

Hey prprpr, thanks for trying to cheer me up a bit. I know it's not a big deal but just though we'd be done with this soon.. I'll have to order it from Berlin which takes about 14 days and then get it translated (they only print them in german) and certified by an official and sent back here.. Probably take a while :(

Just an update from a Feb 3 applicant, I received an email from CIO for request of PCC for me and my spouse from 2 countries (1 month to expire PCC when we submit application) that we lived aside from our home countries and Proof of separation: declaration of severance of common-law relationship from my spouse. I was given until October 1 to complete it.

Hi how long had u lived in these countries for which police certificate was requested? Were the police certifates u submitted earlier expiring ( the ones for the requested countries) or was it the first time they requested it?

Can someone please help me with this. CIC is on the roll I think (asking repeated PCCs from many applicants). I am worried!!
I was in Japan for 1 month long time ago. I didn't submit Japanese PCC at the time of filing my application but submitted all other PCC's? Is there a chance or anyone in here who got PCC request for country wehre they lived for less than 6months?
Any reply is appreciated. :D

Yikes!!! That makes me nervous man!!! Just figured Japanese PCC takes 3 months and they need me to travel to Calgary in order to apply. I really wish CIC doesn't request this from me.

Hi darksiders
That makes me more nervous. I didn't get any document request since i submitted my application in February. If they request it now after waiting 6 months that would be outrageous. Damn!!! I could shoot myself now. Just want this dreadful process to be over.
