“In process” means that a case processing centre or visa office has received an application but has not finalized it yet. Therefore, for the rest of the application processing time, Client Application Status (CAS) will show the application’s status as “in process.”

Thanx bro for info. How did you manage to know about your application to be in process by mid of july. I mean how did you judge that

My brother has sponsored through SINP on Nov,2011 (2 Files). FAMILY CATEGORY- WITHOUT EMPLOYEMENT IN SASKATCHEWAN (BASED ON SETTLEMENT FUNDS)

Both got nomination on: Sep , 2013

Both files submitted to NS Intake office: Jan 14,2014

One file was transferred to the vo on Feb 24,2014.

HOWEVER, Other file has no information what so ever for being transferred to any vo. Nomination on this file has expired since March 2014. Kindly advise :
Is it normal?
How much is the processing times of intake NS under family sponsorship?
what is the best we can do to inquire about file status and how?

I got medical request on 14 may, medical done on 16 may, medical sent from surrey clinic to cic on 25 may, i am not sure when did they receive because in may ECAS status it just says medical received. My luck i just randomly checked my status yesterday and my medical received was updated but they dint mention the date on it
