Also, we have to look at the bright side. This delay is probably caused by the fact that the EE will start on January, and they are working to be prepared for that.
When the EE will start, I don't think they will have a lot of applications for that program until Feb, due to the fact that people need to collect documents and info in order to apply for the EE.

I have feeling that our application process will have a big acceleration when the new year will come!

I am single applicant but in next visit to back home I wont be anymore single ;D ;D ;D and just one country which is my back home. I am expecting my PPR in mid of jan. I have postponed all my plans

Can I go back home after finishing landing procedure ? i can ask my friend to send me PR card thru courier. is it ok or not?

Yes you can go. Yes ur friend can send ur PR card thru courier, there is no doubt about it ( this is safe and legal ).

Yay! Just got my work permit extension until December 2015! So now I don't really care how much longer they need even though it would still be great to get PR ASAP ;D Fingers crossed everyone and have a great Christmas time!!
