Oh no!! Sorry to hear that. The proof of relationship part is a huge part of the package. I can't believe they lost it. I can only imagine the amount of effort you had to put in to gather all the information together.

How can you loose that? I don't want to imagine that it happens to me, there are some things that you can't make them again, such as love letters, birthday cards, and things like that. I am really sorry for you

Thanks everyone. I'm devastated but will resubmit what I can. But I don't have copies of all the phone cards I submitted & have to figure out how to reprint the 100 pics I submitted. How they did this - I have no clue.

yes, I agree, too quite compare to last week. For me it seems that I'm there, next in the desk to be examined, but they don't want to touch it. Next time I will put a maple syrup fragrance inside or something

Looks like they were doing Feb 3-5, but there are some from end of Jan who don't have confirmation if I remember. I have not seen anyone in any other thread > Feb 5....and they were doing so well too....
