I checked it on google and found some information. Most of the links from this forum But just to make sure I will call the US Embassy to confirm that Flag Polling & Administrative Refusal still exist! I don't wanna be stuck between two borders and become a homeless on the bridge ;D

I did flagpoling last week @ Rainbow bridge, Niagara. I didn't had USA visa. Everything went smooth for me. You wont become homeless So just chill and enjoy your PR processing.

I'm from the UK, working in Canada under a temp work permit, and have been quietly following the Feb applicants forum to date. Just checked my CIC PR status which reads the following:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 5, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on October 28, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

I have already paid the Right of Permanent Resident Fee, so is there anything else that I need to do? Any more steps to make? May I contact someone at CIC to determine the decision? - Or must I wait for the mail to arrive?

Hi friends... Has any body got any call from CIC asking confidential information like passport number, client id, visa document number, WP document number, date of landing etc? My husband has just received a call from CIC number 1-888-242-2100, he has not given any details and has asked them to call back later. The agent confirmed his eamil address and phone number. My husband is a dependent on my PR application, and I have not provided his phone number/email id in the application. Is it a usual call? Should he provide these information? Please advise. Thanks.

Your Husband did very good Job by Not providing his details .
Actually it is fake call
CIC never call and ask for any such details
Please don't provide any of your details and ask them to mail what ever details they need.

And yes please inform CIC about this

I think you are good , Wait for mail and do the Landing to be PR , Thats it. ;D

Thanks CEC_1304! We have informed CIC and they confirmed that CIC never call to the applicants. They also verified the agent id/agent name provided by my husband and confirmed that its not a valid CIC credential.

Sir, you indeed applied from Canada. India shows as your country of origin. Please advise if any further amendment needed?

My CEC NOC id is 2173 and I paid through demand draft... My medical was completed on Sep 2 and uploaded on Sep 5. These are the only updates. Thanks for doing a great job, Ali.
