Yes..we cant anything much other than waiting..even i am waiting for MR for the past 8 months :'(

Looks like you are a March applicant my friend not February. So, probably in November or December you will receive your MR request.

For everyone waiting on MRs still (me included), it's almost certain that your application is being reviewed by a second visa officer. I'm meeting with a lawyer today to discuss what this means - besides the obvious - and see what he suggests I do in my particular case. I did my whole application without a lawyer like most of us here, so it will be interesting to see what he says. I'm so scared though! Lawyers are scary and expensive...and that's coming from a law student!

I hope the second review happens soon, not dragged to due date ( March 2015 ) :( I am trying to follow up some of December applicants who were due for second review and still dint receive MR.

Thanks for reply . :)
Well this changed my opinion , I was thinking once ECAS changed to in process then only we can expect status "In process"

Just got back from the lawyer. The firm came recommended from a work colleague and I was very unimpressed. The lawyer I spoke with definitely knew less about CEC than I did. At one point her "internet stopped working" so she left the room for 20 minutes, clearly to talk to a more senior lawyer, and then came back and told me stuff I already knew (at least she wasn't saying incorrect stuff anymore.)

Basically, it's sort of up to luck now, whether things go well or poorly with the second reviewer. Some reviewers will suggest an alternate NOC if they think you chose the wrong one, others will not (they'll just reject). She said that it is possible to send in additional reference letters/change NOC code, but it is critical not to be contradictory (DUH), so it's a fine balancing act. She didn't have any info about timelines.

So...not any more info than I had already gotten from here. And now I'm poorer.

I'm still really conflicted on what to do (1: do nothing and hope it works 2: send a letter and try to fix this app or 3: new app).

Hey Guys, What is your experience with GCMS notes? I applied for mines a month ago on Sep 29... and guess what... nothing... have not heard anything back except a confirmation message on the same date. Are they supposed to send them by email? Any ideas?? :)
