got AOR on March 3....still no MR....they did not call my boss or requesting any documents...so worried..hope they will not reject me after such long wait.... ??? ???

Its wierd that ppl who applied after 10th Feb are getting MR's first and those who applied before 10th Feb still haven't heard anything. Wonder in what order they go through the applications. Do you guys think there order has something to do with the NOC or with single/multiple applicants????

Ok first thing you need to relax. Second you need to chill. Third you need to take it easy. Now I can tell you possible reasons
1. CIC Requested additional documents, PCC, T4, NOA etc
2. You have voluntarily submitted some documents e.g. change of job, address, family etc.
3. Visa Officer was not fully sure about your letter of employment and sent to further review
4. RCMP clearance required
5. Your NOC code has quota and reached the limit
6. Don't know

As you can see I don't know 95 other reasons, so best bet is to relax patiently.

I dont agree
I am in the same situation and raised this question before
I applied before 10 Feb and AOR 3rd March, but still no sign, its blank
I dont know why process is delaying because I am sure I am good to go for 5 reason mentioned above (which could be the main reason for delaying the file)
And I am not sure about the rest of reasons, but I am sure if they find something missing in the file they will definitely contact the person asking to provide it.
Anyway nothing can be done, just need to be relax, wait and watch
