Then, what about Saturday, and Sunday?
Have you ever heard some body got their AOR during weekend, or holiday?

Hi,

I need to send my PCC to CIC.

I was wondering how the cover letter should be written. Are the following two lines would be sufficient:

Dear Visa Officer:

Please find my PCC from (country name ) enclosed in this envelope. I didn't submit it originally with my application. I have also attached a certified translation with it.

Yours sincerely,

Name

And then all the information such as DOB, File number, UCI number etc.

It seems good to me but I would rather put it in other format

Date

Name
File no.
UCI
DOB
etc.

Dear Visa Officer:

Please find my original PCC from (country name ) enclosed in this envelope. I haven't submitted original copy with my application. I have also attached a certified translation with it. I would really appreciate if you can attach my original PCC with my application package . Thank you.

Yours truly,

and if you like also attach a copy of AOR with this letter (its not necessary as you have already mentioned everything in above letter). If you want to send copy of AOR then just remove UCI and file no. from above letter. So it will be like:

Date

Name
DOB
Address

Dear Visa Officer:

Please find my original PCC from (country name ) enclosed in this envelope. I haven't submitted original copy with my application. I have also attached a certified translation with it. I would really appreciate if you can attach my original PCC with my application package (File #). Thank you.

Hope you find this helpful. This is just a suggestion. It depends on you how you want to format your letter. :)

Thanks a lot Toby and Goku.
