One more thing in that email CPC also mentioned RCMP for spouse and dependents. My wife has never been to Canada how am I able to get her RCMP done?

Have you sent your PCC from your home country along with your application?

Reason i am asking is I am a March Applicant and I have not submitted my home country PCC and will not able to submit it for another 12 weeks, slowest processing ever

Even if your spouse has never been to Canada before, it looks like a name based check came
back positive and that's why they've requested the fingerprint checks.
