I am asking on behalf of my friend who applied in February 15th. He has not received the AOR yet. I was wondering if that is case with anyone in here or all applicants have received the AOR already. Thanks friends.

Where is your friend living? If the application in some reason has been sent back and your friend is living outside of Canada it may take some time until the application reaches your friend.
Hope1957 said:Your friend should have received his AOR by now. Did he check his spam folder? Just in case it went in there instead of his inbox? Also he can try logging into ECAS to check if there's an update on his application. If not, he can contact CIO office and request for an update on his application.
