^ Do you have T4? You could also send copies of your payslip for one year and write a letter assuring the VO that you will submit the document when it becomes available.

Hi, I applied for CEC back in November under a smiliar skilled NOC code (6XXX) and my application was returned due to the NOC code not meeting the required skill level. I'm now applying under a more suitable NOC code (as I am a manager and my duties reflect this) and it was simply my job title which matched the 6XXX NOC code which was the reason for my first application being returned.
