Just 4 Q :
1) Can I send Passport to CIC via FedEx? or I need to use Canada post only ?
2) If answer of 1) is Any courier then I need to use below address only ?:
" CPC – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1"
3) Do I need to address any one before the address i.e. To , Immigration officer or any such thing ?
4) So what All I need to include in courier ? Passport for myself and all dependent/ Prepaid return packet ? any thing else ?

Hurray! I am so happy for you my friend. Do not send your passport other then Canadapost. Otherwise CIC will return your passport with Canadapost regular untrack able postal service although you have sent prepaid envelop of fedex or UPS.

Do send your passport with Canada post and also enclose one prepaid express or priority post envelop.

The address should be like this:

Case Processing Centre – Ottawa
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
219 Laurier Avenue West,
7th Floor, Section B
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

EDIT: enclose the Ready for visa email copy with the passport(s) and a small covering letter wouldn't hurt mentioning your personal details and number of passport(s) you submit

Hey man, I always called them and they were able to provide me the required information on the phone. I am not sure if meeting would do any extra help or not.

I second what Waqas said. Even I did the same practice I just called my MP office and the MP's assistant is very helpful sometimes she gives me update with in couple of hours or sometimes couple of days.

Is it possible "PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes" we can send to PO address . I mean PO Box address some one will be there to accept or it is just Box and can not accept xpress posts? (generally what I know Xpress posts we can't sent at PO addresses , is it true )

I have done my medical on April 9 and confirmed with doctor she uploaded the results on April 13. How long is gonna take to reflect on ecas?

For MR Really I can't say any thing brother.
as In my case you already know completely messed up because of Medical only .
For me it is showing in ECAS form 12th sep . then I did upfront again , then followup medical , then again MR email from CIC(Mistake form CIC)

BUT
if all is fine , then in around 10 days you should able to see this is ECAS

Yes, she is emedical enable. $190 cash including everything. The whole process took me 90 minutes. Call to the below number receptionist name is Pooja ask her to give you earliest possible appointment give her my reference. I did my test on Thursday and Monday morning 11 am doctor called me and told me your test results were good and she uploaded into online system
